Cancellations and Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at primrosefeedback@gmail.com. Our Customer Experience Team will respond promptly.


Cancellations

  • Refunds are not issued for cancelled orders.
  • Instead, a gift card of equivalent value will be provided.
  • Please note that all refunds are subject to our discretion.

Replacements

Requests for replacements must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Email primrosefeedback@gmail.com with a picture of the delivered product and the invoice. Replacements will be considered in the following cases:

  • Damaged or incorrect product received
  • Missing item from the order
  • Expired product (attach image showing expiry date along with the invoice)

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept product returns. Opened products are also not eligible for return. However, replacements will be offered where applicable.
