2. Ordering and Dispatch
- Orders can be placed online through our website ([website link]).
- Once your order is received, we will send a confirmation email, indicating that your order has been accepted.
- Upon receipt of your payment, we will send an email confirming the payment and dispatch of your order.
- For wholesale orders, we procure items on demand to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Such dispatches may take 10-15 working days, so we request advance notice when placing bulk orders.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund before dispatch, due to product unavailability or other reasons which are beyond our control.
3. Prices
- Prices listed on our website are subject to change. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by such changes.
- Listed prices exclude GST and shipping charges, which will be added at checkout.
- While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, in case of an unintentional pricing error, we will contact you via email or phone before order confirmation. You may then choose to proceed by paying the difference or cancel the order.
- Payments can be made via UPI, credit card, or debit card.
- For wholesale deliveries within India, 50% advance payment is required via cheque or bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid within 15 days of delivery. Late payments may incur interest charges at 15% p.a. All dispatches require full payment by credit or debit card before shipping.
4. Delivery
- We aim to ship all retail orders placed before 12 PM IST on the next working day. However, under exceptional circumstances, order processing may take up to 3 working days.
- Products are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment is cleared, and delivery within India generally takes 5–7 working days, depending on the shipping method. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the delay and dispatch it once available.
- We do not ship Primrose Tea outside India due to high international shipping costs. If you still wish to place an international order, please contact us for a custom quote via email.

5. Shelf Life & Storage Conditions
Our teas have a shelf life of 24 months, made possible by high-quality packaging. To maximize freshness:
- Store tea in airtight containers away from strong odors, moisture, and heat.
- Keep in a cool, dry place.
- Do not freeze the tea, as it may reduce its shelf life.
- Once opened, we recommend consuming the tea within 3 months due to India's varied climate conditions.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, due to changes in policies, capabilities, or legal requirements. You will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of your order unless changes are required by law or communicated to you before your order confirmation.
